From strangers grouped together to a drink made for change.
Team Formation
It all started when Tom grouped us together after a week of team-building! Our running theory: it was based on a quiz about which animal we were. Chelsea the fox, David the shark, Gwen the turtle — somehow a perfectly balanced mix! Or maybe… because all of us speak Chinese! To this day, how we ended up together is still a mystery. Right after, we got our innovation prompt from our champion company, and the adventure began!
The Pitch
Everyone pitched their own idea, and after a LOT of deliberation, EnergHer won! From that moment on, we officially became Team EnergHer! Our home base became the Plus Ultra room, quiet, cozy, and with a camera that automatically switches to whoever's talking. Very fancy, very us.
Initial R&D
Time to get to work! We buried ourselves in research on the market, competitors, and functional ingredients. We traveled a lot for this, and the biggest moment? Tasting our very first prototype in Lund! Unforgettable.
Summer Break
A well-deserved break! We soaked up time with friends and family before the next big plot twist: thesis and internship placements sent us in different directions. Chelsea and Shenying off to Switzerland, Ana, Gwen, and David to the Netherlands!
Working Apart, Building Together
Different countries, same mission! Ana, Gwen, and David kept the formulation magic going in R&D, Shenying powered up marketing, and Chelsea kept finance and the whole team on track, milestone by milestone. Distance couldn't slow us down!
